Shipping Time & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most destinations in Australia will be within 2-4 working days. Remote destinations will usually take up to 7 working days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3 pm AEST may be processed from the next business day.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order.

The shipping address cannot usually be changed after an order is placed. However, if you email us early enough with the right address and your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to make the change for you.

Where can I ship my order to?

Shipments are only made available Australia-wide.

PTPFit.com is currently unable to ship internationally, but ordering/store purchasing options are currently available in several other countries: in New Zealand (Rebel Sport), the Middle East (GO Sport), Germany (Intersport) and Canada (SportChek). If you do not reside in Australia, please contact the relevant store in your home country directly to enquire.

Please note, PTPFit.com does not ship to PO Box addresses, Armed Forces Addresses, Private Parcel Lockers and international reshippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

When you spend $75 AUD or more, free standard shipping is automatically applied during checkout.

Orders below $75 AUD are charged a flat delivery rate of $9.95 AUD within Australia.

Order Status

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

You will be able to enter this tracking information on the courier’s website and access your estimated delivery date.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

In the event that no one is present at your address during an attempted delivery, the courier will leave a card for you to collect from the nearest Post Office.

Payment Options

What are the accepted payment methods on PTPFit.com?

- Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard
- Prepaid gift cards: Visa and MasterCard (please enter details in the credit/debit card field during eWay Direct checkout)
- Paypal: if you are using PayPal to purchase, you must have an Australian account

What payment restrictions do apply?

- All credit/debit cards must have a billing address in Australia.
- Payments cannot be split between multiple credit cards.
- PTPFit.com does not accept purchase orders, cash, checks or money orders.

 

Exchanges, Cancellations & Returns

Do you accept exchanges for change of mind?

Due to the order processing of the Website, we cannot accept exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure you select your product(s) carefully.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately at info@ptpfit.com ; we may be able to cancel your order if it has not been packed/shipped yet. 

My product is faulty. What do I do?

Please contact us at info@ptpfit.com within 30 days of the date recorded on the order receipt and indicate your personal details, invoice number and product, along with the reason why you believe the product is faulty.

We will exchange a faulty/defect product bought in Australia if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party or by fair wear and tear.

If you purchased a product outside Australia, the store of purchase will be able to assist you as we do have agreements in place.
